A description of typical practice
Each service page sets out the deliverables, stages, tooling and timelines involved in a typical project of that kind. It is written to help you understand our approach before you contact us.
Projects differ considerably. A deliverable that matters on one build is irrelevant on another, a stage that takes several weeks in one project takes days in the next, and parts of what is described will not apply to yours at all. Nothing on a service page is an offer, a quotation, a specification or a contractual term.
▸Content on this site is indicative and may be updated at any time without notice.
▸Tools, frameworks, platforms and processes named here are examples of what we commonly work with, not a commitment to use them on any particular project.
▸Where anything on this site differs from the documents issued or signed for your project, those documents apply.
02
Scope is confirmed in writing
What a project includes is set out in the scope or proposal issued for that project, after we have discussed it with you. That document, together with any agreement signed alongside it, is what defines the work.
If something described elsewhere on this site matters to you, raise it during scoping and we will confirm in writing whether it forms part of your project. We would rather answer that question before the work starts than after.
03
Prices and timelines
We do not publish prices. Effort on nominally similar projects varies widely with the state of existing systems, the number of exceptions in a process, and how many parties are involved in decisions, so a published figure would mislead more often than it helped.
Any timelines shown on this site are typical ranges for that type of work rather than commitments. Delivery depends on matters that are not in our control, including how quickly feedback, content, access and approvals reach us, and on third-party processes such as app store review.
05
This page is not a contract
This page exists so that nothing elsewhere on the site is read as a promise it was not intended to be. It does not create obligations, does not form part of any agreement, and does not override the scope, proposal, services agreement or non-disclosure agreement issued for your project.
Questions about any of this are welcome before you engage us. Write to info@reformtech.in and a person will answer.
